Who is eligible to join the Vintage Tub & Bath Trade PRO Rewards Program? 

Our VTB Trade PRO Rewards Program is open to contractors, plumbers, designers, and any other trade-related professionals with valid proof of business.

How do I become a Trade PRO Rewards member? 

Trade Professionals can fill out the necessary information from the Join Now buttons on this page. Please additionally upload your proof of business where indicated. We will review your submission within 24-48 hours. After that, look for a confirmation email with an overview of our Trade PRO Rewards Program and a detailed description of how it works.

How do I contact the PRO Support Team?

Is there a minimum order quantity to participate in the Trade PRO Rewards program? 

There is no minimum order quantity to qualify for our Trade PRO Rewards Program.

Which products are eligible for Trade PRO discounts? 

The Trade PRO discount applies to Randolph Morris, Dreamline, MAAX, Swanstone, Aquatic, Bootz, Coastal, and Aquarius products only. This discount excludes all savings packages, replacement parts, and custom orders.

What shipping options are available? 

Vintage Tub & Bath is proud to offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States with every product on our website for orders over $99. Individual items over $99 with ship free via ground service to any location within the continental U.S. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the Florida Keys, or other islands with limited bridge access.

May I request product samples? 

Yes. We offer individually-priced product samples for copper bathtubs, solid surface tubs, stone shower bases, and vanities.

What is the return policy for Trade PRO purchase? 

Items can be returned within 90 days of their original shipping date. Please note: A $375 charge for the elective return of freight delivery will be deducted from your refund.

I'm tax-exempt. How do I submit my tax-exempt certficate to avoid sales tax? 

A tax-exempt certificate needs to be submitted prior to the sale being finalized. Tax-exemption certificates can be emailed to prodesk@vintagetub.com. A tax-exempt certificate is only valid for the period of time printed on the certificate, and should be re-submitted on an annual basis.

How far in advance should I place my order for large projects? 

One of our Trade PRO Sales Reps can assist you with large orders, confirming in-stock availability and determining the timeframe for order and delivery.

Do you hold orders if I am not ready to receive the items? 

Yes. Prior to shipping, we can hold an order in our warehouse for up to 90 days at no charge. The order first needs to be paid in full, and a Trade PRO Sales Rep can then make the arrangements to place the item(s) on hold.
