We can custom paint the exterior of Randolph Morris bathtubs or any other brand. Exterior paint on cast iron sinks are exclusive to Randolph Morris products. To order a custom painted product, please provide the swatch name of one of our popular colors listed below or the swatch name, finish (Gloss or Matte) and number of any major paint manufacturer's color. Due to the custom nature of the work, please allow an additional 5 to 15 business days of production time.

What is the current expected paint lead time?

Please factor in an additional 5 to 15 business days for production time, given the customized nature of the work.

Is there an additional cost to add custom paint?

Pricing is based on the product and type of color you choose. Randolph Morris offers both standard and metallic color options. Please note custom paint requests are non-returnable and non-cancelable. For additional information please call 877-868-1369.

Are all tubs on the website eligible for painting services?

Only Tubs with a defined rim can be painted.  This information can be found on any product.

Is interior painting available for the product, or is it limited to the exterior only?

Currently we only offer exterior paint options for our bathtubs.

Are custom-painted products returnable or refundable?

Custom painted products are considered a special-order item and are non-returnable and non-cancelable once started.

Is the paint easily chipped, or is it durable?

Our high-quality, extremely durable coating ensures that our products maintain a better appearance and longevity.

How do you order custom paint?

What kind of paint does Randolph Morris use?

Randolph Morris custom paint uses automotive grade paint by Sherwin Williams. Our partnership with Sherwin Williams allow us to match all their current offerings and new design trends.

Can you use paint colors other than Sherwin Williams?
